Delivery & Returns

We provide Free Standard* delivery on all orders. We currently only sell our products in the UK.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. After despatch orders usually take 2-5 working days, however please allow up to 13 working days for orders with Standard delivery to arrive.
*We use the term "Standard" to signify Standard with Hermes and occassionally 2nd Class with Royal Mail. Please note that Hermes and Royal Mail may also experience some disruptions. To find more information click on the above links, and if checking Royal Mail then click on "Service Updates". For orders over 2kg we will occasionally use DPD Drop-Off and DPD Door-2-Door services.
Unfortunately, delivery options may be limited during any sales, five days before Christmas and five days before the New Year.
For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and any other non-mainland UK territories, deliveries including "Next Day" option are likely to take an additional 1-2 days.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given however, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect data entry.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery package at the time of delivery or to ensure that you have left appropriate instructions. If for any reason unclaimed Goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for any delivery costs again.
Purchases from our Website may be returned to us in original condition if we are notified within 14 days of the receipt of your item(s). You are required to then deliver the item(s) back to us within a further 14 days from notification.
To return your item, please contact us via email with your name, address and order information, stating clearly the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

For a refund or exchange the customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery.
If exchanging or refunding a product, please ensure it arrives in its original condition. Any item(s) not fit for re-sale will not be refunded.
For orders over £50 we recommend that you send your order item(s) back to us with a recorded delivery service that will insure you for the value of the items.
You will be required to obtain proof of posting when returning item(s) as we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.
Once we receive the item(s), we will process the refund or exchange and send an email receipt. All refunds will be processed through the original debit/credit card account as provided on the order form.
If an item purchased from our Website arrives damaged, you may request a refund or a replacement at no extra cost, but we do require proof of damage, your order number, and contact within 14 days of receipt.

Non applicable text bank: All delivery times apply to orders placed before 12 noon. All orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day to the best of our abilities.
