What's the meaning of Intui?
Our brand name derives from the word ‘intuition’, the ability to understand or know something immediately based on your natural instincts and feelings.
At Intui, we’re dedicated to helping you live an intuitive life – where your minds are clear and rested, your emotions balanced and you can place full trust in your own natural wisdom.
Yoga and meditation are the paths we follow to tune into our natural intuition, and our vegan accessories for yoga and relaxation are designed to support you on your own path to an enlightened, joyful life.
Are you a British company?
We’re a UK-based company with an international outlook. Our natural candles are made in the English countryside, while our eye pillows are produced for us in a small factory in India, guided by our high ethical standards.
Are all your products eco-friendly?
You can be confident that at Intui we make sure any item or accessory you buy is as sustainable as possible, using carefully-selected eco-friendly materials.
It’s very important for us that everything aligns with our yoga values – and we know that as ethical consumers, it’s important for you too.
How will your aromatherapy candles help with my yoga practice?
You know how invincible you feel during Warrior Pose or Sun Salutation? Our positive blends containing Neroli and Mandarin, Patchouli and Geranium will bring even greater feelings of strength.
Do you struggle to achieve a deeper sense of relaxation while in Lotus or Savasana pose? Inhale our gentle blends of Ylang Ylang and Cardamom, Clary Sage and Ho Wood and experience how much more easily you can let go of stress.
Yoga can heal us on a cellular and spiritual level – and plant-based essential oils can help in that healing process.
As we breathe in the oil molecules, they’re absorbed by the nerve cells high up in our nose.
These delicate olfactory cells are connected to our limbic system – the most primeval area of our brain, and the part that’s deeply connected to our natural instincts, intuition and emotions.
That’s how these tiny molecules are able to achieve meaningful shifts in our feelings and our sense of physical and mental wellbeing.
I don’t practise yoga or meditation. Should I still buy your candles?
Of course! While we’ve used our considerable experience with yoga and meditation to inform the blends used for our aromatherapy candles, they can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere.
Aside from your yoga practice, light one of our aromatherapy candles as you go about your daily activities around the house - kitchen, lounge, bedroom or bathroom. And our candles in tins are perfect for holidays and travel.
Our four aromatherapy blends will complement your circadian rhythms. Perhaps choose an uplifting, stimulating blend in the morning, and a calming nurturing bend for the afternoon into evening.
Our yoga eye pillow can also be used for general relaxation and power naps.
Unfortunately it’s not water-resistant, so please don’t apply the pillow in the bath – but that wonderfully relaxed time between bath and bedtime would be the perfect moment to put it on.
Can I buy your products in the shops?
Intui yoga accessories are currently only available online. However, watch this space, as they could be coming to an ethical UK store or wellness studio near you very soon.

Shipping & Returns
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard delivery in UK mainland should take 2-3 days, however please allow up to 5 working days before notifying us. Orders are processed at midday so delivery times apply to orders made before 12 noon. This also applies to next day delivery options. For more information check our Delivery & Returns page.
How will it be delivered?
We use either Royal Mail or DPD Local depending on the size of the package.
Do you offer international delivery?
We currently only offer our products within the UK, however, we are exploring worldwide delivery, so check back for any updates.
What if I change my mind after purchase? Can I return my goods?
If we have already sent your items, you may ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please read Delivery & Returns for more detailed information and contact us at info@intuinatural.co.uk.
What should I do if my products arrive damaged?
If an item arrives damaged please contact us at info@intuinatural.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. In your message let us know your order number, proof of damage (a picture will do), and whether you would like a refund or a new product.
